Mike Winkelmann is currently a graphic designer living and working in Neenah, Wisconsin, USA. Beeple is the pseudonym for his personal work that includes short films, live visuals, graphic design, music and drawings. Most of his current work focuses on ways to visual music through video. Paul Felix



Best known for his visual development work, Paul Felix has been one of the leading artists on many Disney films in the 90ies. Although many of his paintings are published in the art-of-books, there are only very few floating around in the world wide web. DreamWorks’ first personal art publication, Moonshine, was conceived as an opportunity to highlight the breath of artistic talent at the studio. The Visual Development department championed the project and partnered with Production Designer, Christophe Lautrette and Art Director, Pierre-Olivier Vincent to co-edit the book. The studio’s educational partnership with Scott Robertson, chair of Entertainment Design at Art Center and owner of Design Studio Press let to a natural selection of Scott’s company to publish the compilation of works. The team wanted the book to be accessible to students and treated like a annual publication. The plan is to publish additional volumes. For more Information visit the blog.

Prince of Persia concept art

The trailer for Tron 2 - now called Tron Legacy - previously released at Comic Con 2009 has been officially released. The sequel is scheduled for release in the US on December 21 this year. international trailer for 'Prince of Persia'

From the team that brought the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy to the big screen, Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry BruckheimerFilms present Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, an epic action-adventure set in the mystical lands of Persia. The Film was shot on location in Morocco and Pinewood Studios London. It is based on the well known videogame created by Jordan Mechner who previously considered producing an animated film based on the games, but could not resist Disney and Bruckheimer's offer. Finally, after a couple of reshoots in London two official trailer were released by the Walt Disney Company. One seems to be for international use showing much more footage than the other released previously. The film is scheduled to be released on March 28th 2010

The Lighthouse Keeper

The Lighthouse Keeper is one of the student films produced this year at the Gobelins School of Animation in Paris. It shows excellent animation and design throughout the picture.
